Dishes grant big wishes

When you buy lunch this month, you can also help a child in need.

Rolld at Castle Towers are selling special lunch boxes until the end of the month, with $2 from each box donated to the Blue Dragon Children’s Foundation.

The foundation, started by Australian teacher Michael Brosowski, rescues children in crisis in Vietnam.

The Castle Towers store sold more than 230 boxes and raised over $460 in the first two weeks of the campaign in July, and franchisee Gretchen Bautista hopes to raise $3000 by the end of August.

The Blue Boxes raise money for the Blue Dragon’s Children’s Foundation.

The new Rolld at Castle Towers has quickly become a favourite lunch spot.

Since the restaurant opened in May, its rice paper rolls and pho Vietnamese noodle soup � have already become popular with Castle Towers shoppers and nearby workers.

Ms Bautista said Hills locals have enjoyed the freshness of the dishes at Rolld as well as having a range of unique, healthy options to choose from.

The Blue Boxes offer diners a choice of two limited edition baos plus a drink for $10.90.

The money raised from the Blue Boxes will be put towards building a new Blue Dragon boarding house in Vietnam.
