GH Bank opens debt restructuring negotiation table, One Stop Service, to help SM/NPL customers keep their homes. Mr. Kamolpop Virapala, Managing Director of the Government Housing Bank (GHB), revealed that after organizing the Household Debt Settlement and Mediation Fair in Nakhon Ratchasima Province on July 1, 2024 and organizing the Household Debt Settlement Fair nationwide on August 17, 2024 to help special monitoring (SM) customers and NPL customers who were affected by income to negotiate debt restructuring, both events were able to help customers retain their homes for more than 1,800 accounts with a remaining principal of more than 1,800 million baht. Most customers have received assistance through the 2024 Household Debt Resolution Measures (HD1-HD3) and the Measures to Assist Debtors Affected by the Economy (DC1-DC2). Therefore, in order to help SM/NPL customers keep their homes, GH Bank has collaborated with the Office of the Judiciary and the Working Group on the Development of the Pre-Law Medi ation System to organize a Debt Mediation Fair in Honor of His Majesty the King on the Auspicious Occasion of His Majesty the King's 6th Cycle Birthday Anniversary on July 28, 2024 on Saturday, September 14, 2024, to jointly open a negotiation table to help customers enter the debt restructuring process.
