PM visits Mobile Police High Command, Division 312

At the meeting with the Mobile Police High Command, PM Phuc asked the mobile police to boost cooperation in personnel training with police of other countries, particularly those which are experienced in fighting terrorism, so as to improve their combat capacity and readiness.

He said the mobile police are the force directly fighting to protect people’s lives and property. It has done a good job of dealing with emergencies in important areas, thereby ensuring the country’s security and order in every circumstance.

He set the tasks for the mobile police, as well as the public security forces in general, in 2017 and the following years are very heavy. They must defeat all sabotage plots and activities of hostile forces and criminals while eradicating factors that jeopardize stability.

PM Phuc asked the mobile police to overcome difficulties to fulfill all assigned tasks while mastering specialized equipment. He also sympathized with police officers who have to be on duty far away from their families during the Lunar New Year.

At the working session with Division 312, PM Nguyen Xuan Phuc highlighted the glorious traditions and undaunted fighting spirit of Division 312, especially during the Dien Bien Phu Campaign and the Ho Chi Minh Campaign, which reunified Viet Nam in 1975.

He spoke highly of the Division’s comprehensive attainments, particularly in addressing difficulties to fulfill all assigned tasks.

As Division 312’s camp is located at a gateway of the capital city of Hanoi, which is critical, its officers and soldiers need to uphold traditions and enhance combat readiness to be a solid base of defense, he said.

He told the Division to be creative in operational training, keep discipline and promote solidarity so as to be an example for other military units to follow.

On the occasion of the coming Lunar New Year, the PM sent the best wishes to officers and soldiers of Division 312, noting that the Party and State put complete trust in the division and its umbrella – the Army Corps 1.
