President Vladimir Putin holds online talk with citizens

Russian President Vladimir Putin on Thursday answered his citizens’ questions on the Direct Line session on Russian TV channels.

Since 12am Wednesday, 1.5 million questions were sent to the show. This is Mr. Putin’s 1st Direct Line show during this presidential term, and the 16th since 2001. The questions have been received from May 27 to the end of the show on Thursday through SMS, MMS, and the show’s official web. Most prominent concerned issues include health care, social welfare for war invalids, poor people, retired people, young families, and children.
