PTT joins in supporting the 2024 Anti-Corruption Band Competition

PTT joins in supporting the 2024 Anti-Corruption Band Competition by the Anti-Corruption Foundation, joining forces with the Ministry of Culture and network partners to compete for trophies and scholarships totaling 550,000 baht. The Anti-Corruption Foundation, in collaboration with the Ministry of Culture, Charoen Pokphand Group, True Plookpanya, with support from PTT Public Company Limited, held a press conference on the 'Anti-Corruption Music Band Contest' for the year 2024, giving opportunities to high school students or vocational certificate students (Vocational Certificate, Vocational Certificate, Higher Education) and vocational certificate students (Vocational Certificate, Higher Education) nationwide to submit their work to compete for trophies and scholarships totaling 550,000 baht. Recognizing the importance of organizing activities to jointly instill awareness in people in the nation, especially youth, to be good people, honest, and to jointly campaign against corruption in order to create a tr ansparent Thai society that does not tolerate corruption. Anti-corruption or the prevention and suppression of corruption is not the responsibility of any one agency, but rather the responsibility of all Thai people who must cooperate in eliminating the problem of corruption from the land of Thailand, and are committed to having all agencies or sectors jointly support and promote anti-corruption activities to make Thai society free from corruption. For the 'Anti-Corruption Band Competition Project' in 2024, it is a contemporary competition that is easily accessible to the audience and includes content about anti-corruption for the public through the selection of 1 song from the 10 Clean Anti-Corruption Songs and 1 newly composed song to instill anti-corruption awareness in Thai people of all ages and genders to be aware of anti-corruption and misconduct. 'Anti-Corruption Band Competition Project 2024' is to provide an opportunity for secondary and tertiary students nationwide to create performances in the fo rm of a band for Thai youth to join in creating anti-corruption works in new forms, including for youth to use their free time to benefit themselves, their families, and society. The competition is divided into 2 levels: Secondary level: must be a student studying in secondary or vocational education, Vocational Certificate level (Vocational Certificate) and Higher education level: must be a student in higher education or vocational education, Vocational Certificate level (Vocational Certificate) whereby all members of the band must be from the same educational institution. The band can have no more than 20 members (including singers, musicians, back-up dancers, dancers or dancers). The winner will receive a trophy and a total scholarship of 550,000 baht.
