The BMTA has arranged a special bus service for free on 2 routes to facilitate people traveling to lay wreaths and pay homage on the occasion of 'King Naresuan the Great Day', Buddhist Era 2567 at the King Rama IX Memorial Park on 13 October 2567. Mr. Kittikan Chomduang Charuworapolkul, Director of Bangkok Mass Transit Authority, revealed that the Bureau of the Royal Household has opened for the public to come lay wreaths and pay homage to commemorate the great kindness of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej the Great on the occasion of 'King Naresuan the Great Day' B.E. 2567 on October 13, 2567 at the Royal Monument, Chalermprakiat Park, Dusit District, Bangkok. The BMTA has arranged for free ordinary buses on special routes (picking up and dropping off at every stop) on 2 routes to facilitate the public to come lay wreaths and pay homage at Chalermprakiat Park, Chalermprakiat Park, by picking up and dropping off at the entrance of Chalermprakiat Park on Rama V Road. The details are as follows: Route 1 Victory Monument (Koh Ratchawithi) - Chaloem Phrakiat Park, Route 2 Wongwian Yai - Chaloem Phrakiat Park Both routes will provide special buses from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., with buses departing every 20 minutes as follows: The first bus at the originating port will depart at 8:00 a.m., and the last bus at 8:30 p.m.; and the last bus at the destination port will depart at 9:00 p.m., or until all passengers have left the area.
