Vietnam’s top 100 sustainable firms revealed

Vice President Dang Thi Ngoc Thinh on Wednesday attended a ceremony to honor Vietnam’s 100 most sustainable businesses in 2017.

The annual program was jointly conducted by the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) and the Vietnam Business Council for Sustainable Development (VBCSD).

Addressing the event, VCCI President Vu Tien Loc highlighted the presence of new private firms in this year’s ranking, saying that this suggests improvement in the business climate.

Tran Ngoc Anh from Dekalb Vietnam � one of the hononorees � said: “The recognition has motivated my company to pursue sustainable development goals at home and abroad. This means a lot to us.”
