Ms. Thiwaporn Phasuk, Deputy Director-General of the Comptroller General's Department, as the spokesperson of the Comptroller General's Department, revealed that the state welfare registration project, using the rights through the smart card national ID card in September 2024, will receive the following rights: September 1, 2024 (It is a credit limit that cannot be withdrawn as cash and does not accumulate in the following months) Purchase limit of 300 baht per person per month (for eligible persons who have verified their identity on 27 July - 26 August 2024 and can start using their rights on 1 September 2024, they will not receive retroactive rights) Cooking gas purchase discount limit of 80 baht per person for 3 months (July - September 2024) Public transportation travel allowance of 750 baht per person per month (including the Transport Company, trains, BMTA, electric trains, and private buses participating in the project) September 11-13, 2024 Welfare for the elderly with low income who are entitled to the state welfare registration project 2022, fiscal year 2024, at a rate of 100 baht per month (July - September 2024) September 11, 2024 for eligible persons born before January 1, 1952 September 12, 2024 for eligible persons born between January 1, 1952 - December 31, 1958 September 13, 2024 for eligible persons born between January 1, 1959 - August 31, 1964 For those who have verified their identity (e-KYC) by August 26, 2024, they will receive the money transfer via 2 channels as follows: (1) Joint account or other person's account according to the letter of consent to transfer welfare money into a joint account of other persons for those who are entitled to the state welfare registration project (only in the case of the disabled/bedridden patients/and/elderly people aged 60 and over who cannot open an account or link their PromptPay) or the letter of consent to transfer welfare money into another person' s account for those who are entitled to the state welfare registration project (only in the case of the disabled/bedridden patients/and/elderly people aged 60 and over who cannot open an account or link their PromptPay) or (2) In the case of not having an account according to (1), the money will be transferred to the PromptPay account linked to the national ID number of the eligible person (must be linked to PromptPay by September 5, 2024).
