Localities nationwide are gearing up to ensure a happy Lunar New Year festival (Tet) for people.
Deputy Prime Minister Vuong Dinh Hue on Sunday visited and gave Tet gifts to workers at the Song Hau industrial zone in Hau Giang province. The Hanoi Labor Union donated 5,000 bus tickets and 2,000 Tet gifts worth 45,000 USD to disadvantaged workers.

They should spend this precious time with their loved ones and enjoy a happy new year. This is a strong motivation for them so that they will come back to work with high spirits after the holiday.
President of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Tran Thanh Man on Sunday presented a charity house and 150 gifts to policy beneficiaries in Vinh Thanh district and workers in Tra Noc industrial zone in Can Tho City.
