14-year-old shoots and kills senior in anger over flirting with girlfriend

A 14-year-old boy was furious and could not stand his senior trying to flirt with his girlfriend. He invited his girlfriend to ride a motorcycle and shot the senior until he died on the road before contacting him to turn himself in.

Investigators from Saraburi Police Station, Lopburi Province, together with forensic police and doctors on duty from Saraburi Hospital, inspected the roadside area at the three-way intersection of Ban Nong Krathum, Village No. 10, Tambon Maha Pho, Amphoe Saraburi. They found the body of a 16-year-old male youth who had been shot under the left breast and exited through the right breast. He died at the scene. Many villagers came out to see the incident.

At the scene, an unknown bullet head was found on the road. The deceased’s friend said that before the incident, he and the deceased were riding a motorcycle to enjoy the view from Ban Khlong to buy food in a different village. But along the way, they noticed two assailants riding a motorcycle alongside them. The passenger pulled
out an unknown gun and shot his friend, causing the motorcycle to swerve. The gunmen and their gang then rode their motorcycles away into the darkness. He tried to take his friend to the hospital, but he didn’t make it in time and died first.

The latest is that the authorities have been contacted by the relatives to bring the perpetrator to surrender. While questioning the father of the perpetrator, it was learned that the gunman was a youth, only 14 years old, using a locally-made .38 gun to commit the crime. As for the person riding the motorcycle, it was none other than the girlfriend. After committing the crime, he fled back home to hide the gun. The motive is believed to be jealousy because the deceased often chatted with the woman on social media, which made the perpetrator angry and shoot her to death.
