A young former company employee turns to selling crispy pork, earning hundreds of thousands of baht per month.

A former employee of a famous soft drink company gave up his regular job with a salary of tens of thousands of baht to turn to selling crispy pork on the side of the road and setting up booths at various events. From intending to do it as a side income, he ended up making an average income of hundreds of thousands of baht per month. He is preparing to open a permanent shop, selling only crispy pork on the menu.

Mr. Phongmanat Phromngam, or P, 32 years old, a former salesperson for a famous soft drink company who earned a monthly salary of 20,000-30,000 baht, has been looking for an additional job by selling crispy pork, crispy pork tail, and crispy pork with cha shu after work hours on the roadside in front of Buriram Agricultural and Technological College every Monday-Friday from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

Crispy pork is sold in boxes of 140 baht, crispy pork tail is 120 baht, and crispy pork chashu is 150 baht. The taste is delicious, with crispy skin, still juicy fat, and soft, juicy meat. Dip it in two flavor
s of sauce: sweet black soy sauce and seafood sauce. There are both regular and occasional customers who stop by to buy continuously.

From thinking of just making crispy pork to sell as a side job after work, it had to be changed to become a main job because the average income was in the hundreds of thousands of baht per month. In less than a year, I had to quit my regular job to make crispy pork to sell. In addition, I am also preparing to open a food shop that only deals with crispy pork menus.

Mr. Phongmanat said that currently, in addition to selling goods from a canvas tent on the side of the road in front of Buriram Agricultural and Technological College in the evening to night every Monday-Friday, there are also booths selling goods at festivals, annual events, and various activities of the province.

Setting up booths at various events has forced us to stop selling in front of Buriram College of Agriculture and Technology. Therefore, to please customers, the shop is preparing to open a permanent sho
p. Currently, the shop is being renovated. The shop will be located on Chiranakorn Road, Soi 1, Chiranakorn Village, opposite Buriram Rajabhat University. It will sell only crispy pork menus. It will be open from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. After that, if there are no booths at various events, it will sell as usual on the roadside in front of Buriram College of Agriculture and Technology.
