Normally, for a party branch establishment meeting, the registrar of political parties will send officials to observe. When the meeting is over, the activity will have legal effect immediately. However, the legal procedure requires that the registrar of political parties be notified, and the registrar will first check whether the establishment in the area is correct or not. However, if the inspection finds that it is not correct, the meeting will be invalidated and must be re-proceeded to make it correct.
