Exploring mangrove tour in Ba Tri

Ben Tre province is famous for its river and garden tourism, with one outstanding example: the Hai Van farm tourism site – Vam Ho bird sanctuary.

The tourism site covers an area of nearly 70 hectares, lying next to Ba Lai river in Ben Tre province, which offers tourists a unique experience of mangrove forest lifestyle.

Tourists can enjoy the dishes made from coconuts, Ben Tre’s local specialty, such as: coconut rice, coconut fried shrimp, coconut tofu pancakes, and many others. After a delicious meal, they can explore the local area by taking a boat trip on Ba Lai river to see thousands of birds at Vam Ho bird sanctuary, visiting the local market, joining in the local fishing activities, and visiting an organic vegetable farm.
