Minister of Public Security pays working visit to Russia

A high-level delegation from the Ministry of Public Security led by Minister Sen. Lieut. Gen. Luong Tam Quang has visited Russia and attended the 14th meeting of BRICS high-ranking officials responsible for security matters in St. Petersburg city.

While in Russia, Quang held talks with Russian Security Council Secretary Sergey Shoigu and had bilateral meetings with heads of delegations from Cuba, Belarus, and India to discuss future collaboration. Earlier, the Vietnamese delegation laid flowers at the statue of President Ho Chi Minh in St. Petersburg.
