PM Pham Minh Chinh holds talks with Chinese countepart in Hanoi

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh held talks with Chinese Premier Li Qiang in Hanoi on October 13. The two leaders then witnessed the exchange of cooperation documents between the two countries’ ministries and agencies. The Chinese Premier is making his first official visit to Vietnam in his new position, and also the first by a Chinese Premier over the past 11 years.
