PTT Group sends PTT Group SEALs team to join flood relief operations

PTT Group continues to mobilize flood relief efforts, sending PTT Group SEALs to join operations in hard-to-reach areas, expediting the delivery of relief bags and essential items to help victims, more than 20,000 sets, totaling more than 10 million baht.

Dr. Kongkrapan Intarajang, Chief Executive Officer and President of PTT Public Company Limited, revealed that since the flood in the North in late August, PTT Group has been continuously delivering relief bags and assistance to victims in Phrae, Nan, Sukhothai, Phayao, Phitsanulok, and Chiang Rai. Most recently, PTT Group executives and employees have jointly packed 2,000 more relief bags to urgently deliver assistance to the flood-stricken Northeast, which includes relief bags, drinking water, medicine, and essential items such as wet wipes from the PTT Innovation Institute. The total assistance includes 20,000 relief bags, 70,000 bottles of drinking water, cooking gas for cooking, and other essential items, with a combined value of over 10 million baht.

n addition, PTT Group SEALs, which include personnel with special expertise in life-saving from companies in the PTT Group, have been sent to join the mission with government agencies, focusing on areas that are hard to reach. The mission is currently in Chiang Rai Province until September 20, 2024. This is one of the important missions of the PTT Group in delivering assistance in various crises in the country and alleviating the suffering of those affected until the situation returns to normal.
