‘QP’ asks for forgiveness from victims of jet ski crash into long-tail boat

‘QP’ apologizes to the body of the victim of the jet ski crashing into a long-tail boat in the middle of the Chao Phraya River, apologizes, bows to the deceased’s husband, and accepts responsibility, confirms full compensation, and asks to be ordained as a monk to dedicate merit to her.

At Wat Nong Tabek, Yang Thon Subdistrict, Nong Muang District, Lopburi Province, the location of the funeral rites for Ms. Parichat, aged 44, one of the victims of the jet ski accident in the middle of the Chao Phraya River in Bang Krachao Subdistrict, Phra Pradaeng District, Samut Prakan Province, last night was the last night of the Abhidhamma chanting before the cremation ceremony today at 3:00 p.m.

Yesterday evening (August 20), QP, a famous series actor, traveled with her father and uncle to the temple to bring a wreath to pay respect and ask for forgiveness from the deceased. This was the first time the bereaved mother and QP had a face-to-face meeting. QP only bowed his head, wore a black mask, and said only that he
was sorry and wanted to ask for forgiveness from the deceased. He also brought 30,000 baht to help initially before asking permission to light incense and ask for forgiveness from the deceased for more than 5 minutes.

Reporters tried to ask QP if he said anything while paying respects to the bodies. QP just bowed his head before answering that he was sorry and wanted to ordain as a monk to dedicate merit to the two deceased on August 24th. Initially, it should be around 10 days or more before walking away, refusing to answer reporters’ questions about the case in which the Marine Department is considering charging him with negligence. His father said instead that everything that happened was an accident. His son did not intend it. Yesterday, he traveled to pay respects to the bodies in Samut Sakhon Province. He did not abandon or neglect them, but he would like to consult with the family and related parties first.

As for compensation for the deceased relatives, Father Q.P. said that his father and uncle wou
ld like to wait until the case is settled, and the family is willing to compensate as appropriate. Today, there will be cremation ceremonies for the deceased in both Lopburi and Samut Sakhon provinces. We will definitely split into two groups to attend the cremation ceremonies.

While the deceased husband traveled to the sala of Wat Nong Tabek after confronting Q.P., they looked at each other for a long time before Q.P. bowed down to her husband’s feet with remorse and apologized, stating that it was an accident, not intentional. The husband of the deceased could only stand still, saying that right now he still cannot accept the loss of his wife forever, just because of your carelessness.
