“Sabida” visits Uthai Thani to provide assistance and compensation to the families of the deceased.

Deputy Minister of Interior visits Uthai Thani to talk to parents of students from Wat Khao Phraya Sangkharam School who died in a school bus fire accident.

Ms. Sabida Thaiset, Deputy Minister of Interior, together with Mr. Thiraphat Kachmat, Governor of Uthai Thani Province, invited the families of the deceased to a meeting at Wat Khao Phraya Sangkharam School, Lan Sak Subdistrict, Lan Sak District, Uthai Thani Province, to prepare for receiving the bodies for religious rites and provide assistance to the families of the deceased. The Royal Palace officials announced that His Majesty the King has graciously accepted the injured under his royal patronage and chanted the funeral rites for the deceased until the cremation ceremony as a special case. The bodies will be held at the multipurpose hall of all schools, which the parents have mutually agreed upon. Currently, refrigerated coffins are being collected from various temples in the province to hold the bodies for religious rites and the area is being quic
kly cleared because the rain has turned the area into mud.

Inside the school building that has become the command center for incidents involving a student’s field trip car accident, various agencies have come to provide assistance and talk to parents about various procedures, including insurance companies who have come to discuss care and compensation.
