SET accepts DR ‘INDIAESG19’ to start trading on July 24th

Bangkok, The Stock Exchange of Thailand has accepted the registration of DR 'INDIAESG19', a depositary receipt (DR) referencing the iShares MSCI India Climate Transition ETF, an ETF fund investing in businesses that focus on climate change and ESG in India, issued by Yuanta Securities. Trading will commence on 24 July. DR 'INDIAESG19' references the iShares MSCI India Climate Transition ETF, an ETF fund investing in businesses that focus on climate change and ESG in India, managed by BlackRock (Singapore) Ltd. The DR 'INDIAESG19' offers Thai investors access to the growing Indian stock market and supports businesses that focus on carbon reduction and have high ESG scores. DR 'INDIAESG19' will commence trading on the Stock Exchange of Thailand. From July 24, 2024 onwards, DR is an instrument that investors have the opportunity to receive benefits similar to holding foreign securities. Investors can trade through securities trading accounts in Thai baht.
