Two robbers, a man and a woman, brandishing guns, robbed a famous shopping mall in Ranong and stole a gold necklace weighing 68 baht in total, worth 2.7 million baht.

Pol. Col. Chetpong Chiwpreecha, Commander of Ranong Provincial Police, went to the area with investigators and forensic officers to check CCTV footage and the surrounding area. Meanwhile, the store employees reported that two perpetrators, a man and a woman, entered the store and threatened them with a gun to sit down. They then walked in and took at least 10 gold necklaces before getting on a black motorcycle without a license plate and fleeing. Currently, all officers are cooperating fully. If the public has any information about the perpetrators, please report it to the Ranong Provincial Radio Center 191. It is expected that the perpetrators will be arrested soon.

The Commander of the Ranong Provincial Police revealed that from the inspection of the scene and talking to the sales staff and security guards who were near the scene, it was l
earned that at that time, the store was just starting to open. The staff were arranging the gold jewelry and did not notice that two people, wearing hats, masks, and jackets, walked in. Then, one of the perpetrators, who was wearing a red hat and a black long-sleeved shirt, pulled out a gun and threatened the employees, causing them to run and hide. The perpetrator then took the gold and put it in a bag that he had brought with him, taking a total of 68 baht worth of gold, with a total value of approximately 2.7 million baht, before running away. It is expected that the perpetrators will be arrested soon.
