Water in Nong Khai city is almost dry after the Mekong River crisis ends

Many sub-districts in Phon Phisai District, Nong Khai Province, are still flooded and rising. Some areas have been cut off for more than 2 weeks, the worst in 30 years. Meanwhile, in the city, the water is almost dry after the Mekong River level is nearing the critical level. –
