The crime scene was on the 2nd floor of a gold shop selling gold jewelry and gold bars, near the foot of the escalator. The employees in the shop were found to be panicking from the incident. It was found that there was one male robber wearing a white cap, a mask covering his face, a black t-shirt, black pants, and a shoulder bag. He pretended to ask to see the g old before stealing 5 baht of gold. The perpetrator then ran away down the escalator to the ground floor. While running away, the perpetrator dropped a lighter and a gun magazine on the escalator on the first floor before running to ride a grey and black Honda Wave motorcycle, license plate number 6119, which was parked near the HomePro store next to Big C, and fled. The police have had the forensic team collect fingerprints at the scene, record images of the gun magazine and lighter that the perpetrator dropped, and request CCTV footage from Big C to track down the perpetrator and bring them to justice.
