Hanoi: Chairman of the National Assembly Tran Thanh Man and Chairman of the State Duma Vyacheslav Volodin co-chaired the 4th meeting of the Vietnam – Russia Inter-Parliamentary Cooperation Committee in Hanoi on September 28 afternoon. This meeting represents the highest and first inter-parliamentary cooperation mechanism between the Vietnamese National Assembly and a foreign legislative body.
