Agro-Forestry-Aquatic Exports Surpass 9 Billion USD

Hanoi: Agricultural, forestry, and fisheries production remained stable in the first two months of 2025, achieving positive results. Regarding exports, the sector recorded a total export value of 9.38 billion USD, with most key commodities experiencing growth, except for rice and fruits, which saw declines compared to the same period last year. The US, China, and Japan remained Vietnam’s top three agricultural export markets.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the agricultural sector’s performance highlights its resilience and adaptability in the face of global market challenges. Despite setbacks in specific areas like rice and fruit exports, the overall growth in export value underscores the sector’s capacity to thrive. The focus remains on maintaining and expanding relationships with key markets, ensuring long-term stability and growth.
