Hong Kong:Dr Jonathan Choi has emphasized the potential for strengthening financial cooperation between Vietnam and Hong Kong.

According to Vietnam News Agency, Dr Choi, who holds leadership roles as Chairman of Hong Kong's Sunwah Group, the Chinese General Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong, and Vietnam's VinaCapital Group, discussed these prospects in an interview.

The discussion comes as Hong Kong prepares to host the APEC Finance Ministers' Meeting on October 20-21. Dr Choi's comments underline the significance of this event for expanding financial ties between the two regions.
