Phichienyot Arunphanthakun, Superintendent of the Technology Crime Suppression Division 1, sent police officers with an arrest warrant to arrest Mr. Thanasak, 42, from Ayutthaya, on charges of ‘jointly committing theft by two or more persons, by fraud or deception, importing distorted or forged computer data into a computer system, in whole or in part, and opening or allowing others to use his deposit account, electronic card, or electronic money account without the intention of using it for himself or for his business. He was arrested in an alley in Pak Phriew Subdistrict, Mueang District, Saraburi Province.

Later, the perpetrator still contacts the victim through the Line application all the time until the installation is complete. Later, checking the money in the account found that it had all been transferred out. One person caused millions of baht in damages.
