Hanoi: Foreign ministers of the ASEAN convened their second special meeting in an online format on April 13 to discuss and coordinate responses to the rapidly evolving and complex situation in the Middle East. Vietnamese Minister of Foreign Affairs Le Hoai Trung attended the meeting.
