Hanoi:Minister of Foreign Affairs Le Hoai Trung conducted discussions with Maxim Ryzhenkov, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus, who is on an official visit to Vietnam.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the meeting took place in Hanoi on the morning of October 28.
