Minsk: Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko hosted a welcome ceremony for General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee To Lam, his spouse, and the high-ranking Vietnamese delegation at the Independence Palace in Minsk.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the ceremony took place on the morning of May 12, marking a significant diplomatic engagement between Belarus and Vietnam. The welcoming event underscored the growing ties and mutual cooperation between the two nations.

The high-ranking Vietnamese delegation, led by To Lam, received a formal reception at the Independence Palace, highlighting the importance of the visit.
