Brussels:Belgian Prime Minister Bart De Wever hosted an official welcome ceremony for General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee and President To Lam. The event took place at Egmont Palace in Brussels at noon on October 23, local time.

According to Vietnam News Agency, this ceremony is part of To Lam's official visit to Belgium.
