Quang Tri: In the program “Border guards’ adopt children”, dozens of disadvantaged children have been fostered by border soldiers in border areas of the central province of Quang Tri. In 2024, border guards of Quang Tri province adopted 24 children.
According to Vietnam News Agency, the initiative aims to provide support and care for children in need, ensuring they have access to basic necessities and education. This program reflects the commitment of the border guards to contribute positively to the lives of children in their communities. The fostering arrangement not only offers a stable environment for the children but also strengthens the connection between the border guards and local communities.
