Vinh Long: A delegation of the Development Department under the Cambodian Defence Ministry, led by its director, Lieutenant General Ouk Hoeunpisey, visited the Mekong Delta province of Vinh Long on January 17 for a pre-Tet (Lunar New Year) engagement.
According to Vietnam News Agency, the visit was part of ongoing efforts to strengthen ties between Cambodia and the region. The delegation’s visit aimed to foster goodwill and cooperation on various fronts, emphasizing the importance of bilateral relations between the two nations.
