Can Tho:Can Tho city and Germany have expressed intentions to bolster their cooperation in the fields of green economic development, logistics, sustainable agriculture, and climate change response. This development comes during a working visit by German Ambassador to Vietnam, Helga Margarete Barth, along with representatives from the German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ).

According to Vietnam News Agency, the meeting held with local authorities in Can Tho aimed to explore the Mekong Delta city's strategic priorities for the upcoming period, identifying potential areas for collaboration and exchange.

German Ambassador Barth emphasized the delegation's interest in understanding Can Tho's priorities as they pertain to future cooperation opportunities. This visit marks a step forward in strengthening the relationship between the two parties, particularly in areas crucial for sustainable development.
