Hanoi: The Mekong Delta city of Can Tho and Jeonbuk province of the Republic of Korea are enhancing tourism cooperation. This initiative involves strengthening business links, developing tourism products, and establishing tours and travel routes between the two regions. Both parties aim to effectively tap into the Korean tourism market while expanding cultural exchanges, educational collaborations, and business partnerships.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the details of this cooperation were discussed during a working session between the Can Tho Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism and a delegation from Jeonbuk. This meeting took place in Can Tho on August 7, marking a significant step in the collaborative efforts between the two localities. These initiatives are expected to boost tourism and foster deeper connections between Can Tho and Jeonbuk.
