Hanoi:General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee and President To Lam has called on the Central Council for Theoretical Studies (CCTS) to strengthen its essential role in theoretical research and strategic advisory work. This request was made during a ceremony in Hanoi on October 29, commemorating the 30th anniversary of the council's establishment.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the General Secretary and President emphasized the need for the CCTS to reaffirm its pivotal role while also proactively identifying and anticipating emerging issues. During the event, President Lam awarded the Ho Chi Minh Order to the council, acknowledging its exceptional contributions to the Party and the nation's revolutionary cause.

The CCTS, established on October 30, 1996, has been instrumental in conducting practical reviews and providing strategic advice, and this recognition highlights its continuous impact on the Party's endeavors.
