Mr. Chulaphan Amornvivat, Deputy Minister of Finance, said that after the government's policy statement to the parliament tomorrow (12 September), the Ministry of Finance will prepare to propose to the Cabinet to consider the first phase of the economic stimulus plan to transfer 10,000 baht in welfare money to each person, a total of 14.5 million people, in September as the first group. Then, Phase 2 is scheduled to proceed with the digital wallet project by using the list of the group of people who registered via the government app, currently totaling 32 million people, which will be due on September 15, 67, to push the project forward, along with the third group, those without mobile phones, who will start scheduling registration through government banks or various agencies. Registration services for the public will be available be tween September 16 and October 15, 67. It is acknowledged that some names of people in groups 1 and 3 will overlap, causing the number of people in group 3 to decrease.
