Quang Ninh: State President Luong Cuong chaired a conference in the northeastern coastal province of Quang Ninh, where a 2025 draft inspection report on the performance of the provincial Party Committee’s Standing Board was finalized. The meeting, held on 19 March, highlighted the need for comprehensive solutions to ensure the sustainable growth of the province.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the draft report was prepared by Inspection Delegation No. 1910 of the Politburo and the Party Central Committee’s Secretariat. The delegation noted that the Standing Board has developed detailed plans and guidelines for the provincial Party Congress. These plans encompass document drafting, personnel matters, delegate structure, and congress timelines. Responsibilities were explicitly assigned to various agencies and units, ensuring clear lines of accountability.

Specialised subcommittees and support teams have been established to facilitate the implementation of these plans. These groups operate under well-defined regulations, which are intended to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Party Congress preparations. The focus on detailed planning and clear operational guidelines underscores the Board’s commitment to fostering sustainable development in Quang Ninh.
