Cuban Recognises Outstanding Contribution of Vietnamese Enterprises

Havana: Two Vietnamese-invested enterprises in Cuba, Thai Binh Global and Suchel TBV joint venture, have been awarded the title of national pioneer unit by the Cuban national industrial federation (SNTI) in recognition of their outstanding contributions to production, trade union activities, and social responsibility. The award ceremony took place on April 25 at the Mariel Special Development Zone, with the attendance of Isdalys Rodr­guez Rodr­guez, a member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Cuba, and local authorities.

According to Vietnam News Agency, Thai Binh Global is wholly Vietnamese-owned, while Suchel TBV is a joint venture. Both enterprises have demonstrated significant achievements in their respective fields, contributing to the industrial landscape in Cuba. Their recognition by SNTI underscores the impact of Vietnamese investment and collaboration in Cuba, highlighting the enterprises’ dedication to enhancing production processes and engaging in meaningful trade union activities.
