Da Nang Welcomes First Osaka Flight After Hiatus

Da nang: Vietnam Airlines resumed direct flights between Japan’s Osaka and Da Nang on July 3, with Flight VN337 marking the first service on the route after a long hiatus. A welcome ceremony was held at the international arrival hall of Da Nang International Airport.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the Osaka-Da Nang route will operate four times a week on Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Sundays. This service adds to the existing daily Narita-Da Nang route, bringing the total number of weekly flights from Japan to Da Nang to 11. Japan and the broader Northeast Asia region continue to be key markets for Vietnam Airlines, which has been experiencing an average annual growth of around 20%.
