VIENTIANE: The Lao Ministry of National Defence organized a meeting to commemorate two significant anniversaries: the 80th anniversary of the Vietnam People’s Army (VPA) and the 35th anniversary of the All People’s Defence Festival. The event was held on the morning of December 30 in Vientiane, drawing the participation of high-ranking officers from the Lao People’s Army.
