Hanoi: Deputy Secretary of the Central Military Commission and Minister of National Defence Gen. Phan Van Giang hosted a reception in Hanoi for Chief of Defence Forces of Thailand Gen. Songwit Noonpackdee, who is on an official visit to Vietnam.
