Deputy PM Calls on US Investors to Cooperate in Developing International Financial Centre

New york: Standing Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh on March 23 visited and held working sessions with NASDAQ and the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), and attended a forum promoting investment in the Vietnam International Financial Centre (VIFC).

According to Vietnam News Agency, the Deputy Prime Minister's visit aimed to strengthen collaboration between Vietnam and prominent US financial institutions. During his meetings with NASDAQ and NYSE, Nguyen Hoa Binh emphasized the potential opportunities for US investors in the emerging Vietnamese market, particularly within the context of the VIFC.

The forum attended by Nguyen Hoa Binh focused on promoting the VIFC as a key investment destination. Discussions highlighted the strategic importance of the financial centre in facilitating economic growth and attracting global capital to Vietnam.
