Hanoi:Deputy Prime Minister Ho Quoc Dung has stressed the importance of ensuring that all resources under the National Target Programme for cultural and social development, rural development, and ethnic minority-inhabited and mountainous areas are directed to the correct places and beneficiaries, providing tangible benefits to the people.

According to Vietnam News Agency, Deputy PM Dung made these remarks during a working session on November 5 with the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment and the standing agency of the Steering Committee. The session aimed to review the progress of the programme for the 2026-2035 period.

Deputy PM Dung acknowledged the proactive efforts of the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment, the Ministry of Finance, and other relevant ministries in the implementation of the programme.
