Dien bien: A meeting between the Dien Bien Party Committee’s Commission for Information, Education and Mass Mobilisation and the propaganda information and training commissions of the Party committees of the Lao provinces of Phongsaly, Oudomxay, and Luang Prabang was held in Vietnam’s northwestern mountainous province on December 17.

According to Vietnam News Agency, this meeting focused on enhancing cooperation and exchanges between the involved regions. The discussions aimed at fostering mutual understanding and collaboration in various fields, including information, education, and mass mobilization efforts.

The participants from both sides expressed their commitment to strengthening ties and sharing knowledge and resources to benefit the communities in these regions. The cooperative efforts are expected to contribute to the socio-economic development and cultural exchange between Dien Bien and the Lao provinces.
