Hanoi: Vietnam has called for stronger, more inclusive and action-oriented connectivity across Eurasia, urging countries to turn cooperation initiatives into concrete projects and build networks linking economies, businesses and people. The call was made by Vietnamese Consul General in Vladivostok Nguyen Viet Kien at a panel discussion on 'Eurasian Connectivity: Challenges and Directions for Promoting Cooperation', held by the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs on September 2 as part of the 11th Eastern Economic Forum (EEF).

According to Vietnam News Agency, the forum provided a platform for leaders and stakeholders from various countries to discuss the future of Eurasian connectivity and collaboration. Nguyen Viet Kien emphasized the importance of transforming cooperation ideas into actionable projects that could strengthen ties between nations. The panel discussion focused on identifying challenges and exploring directions for enhancing cooperation across the Eurasian region.

The Eastern Economic Forum, held annually, aims to foster economic development and collaboration in the Asia-Pacific region. This year's event highlighted the need for participating countries to work together in building networks that link economies, businesses, and people, thereby promoting greater connectivity and mutual growth.
