Hanoi: Ethiopian Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed Ali and his spouse paid respect to President Ho Chi Minh at his mausoleum in Hanoi on April 15 afternoon. The Ethiopian guests also laid a wreath at the Monument to Heroes and Martyrs on Bac Son street.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the visit reflects the strengthening of diplomatic ties between Ethiopia and Vietnam. The Ethiopian delegation’s homage to the Vietnamese leaders and martyrs signifies a gesture of respect and acknowledgment of Vietnam’s history and its leaders’ contributions.
