Hanoi: Nguyen Thi Minh Nguyet, spouse of Vietnamese State President Luong Cuong, and Queen Mathilde of Belgium on April 1 made a tour of the President Ho Chi Minh Relic Site inside the Presidential Palace in Hanoi.
