Can Tho: The Francophone parliamentary forum on sustainable agriculture, food security, and climate change adaptation was inaugurated in the Mekong Delta city of Can Tho on January 21. National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man attended and delivered the opening speech at the event.
