Hanoi: The Ho Chi Minh City Union of Friendship Organisations (HUFO) held its annual Friendship Melodies programme at Suoi Tien Cultural Tourism Park on June 27, uniting local residents and international friends to celebrate cultural diversity and strengthen people-to-people ties.
According to Vietnam News Agency, the event attracted families of consuls general, officials and staff of foreign consulates general in the city, along with representatives of international organisations and foreign business associations. Additionally, foreign students and workers living, studying, and working in Ho Chi Minh City also participated, furthering the city’s efforts to enhance international relationships through cultural exchange.
The gathering provided a platform for various communities to interact and share their diverse cultural heritage, fostering mutual understanding and collaboration.
