Hanoi:Party General Secretary and President To Lam, alongside the Hanoi National Assembly delegation, attended a meeting with voters from Hanoi’s wards on September 27.
According to Vietnam News Agency, the meeting took place ahead of the upcoming second session of the 16th National Assembly.
